Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer on a contract basis to support ITSM, workflows, and integrations in a hybrid Bangalore environment.

The candidate should have 5+ years of IT experience and hands-on experience with REST/inbound integrations, mid-server installations, and portal design, with strong knowledge of ACLs, SLA management, and scripting.

Immediate to 15 days NP and Bangalore location on Whitefield, with hybrid work mode and project-based timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, catalog creation, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of workflow design, scripting, UI policies and business rules.
• Experience with SLA management, ACLs, and backend table access.
• Experience with REST-based and inbound integrations, mid-server installations, and portal design.
