Job summary

Dynpro is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Bangalore to lead design, development, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

Key focus areas include HRSD, ITSM, Service Catalog, and integrations with Workday, leveraging Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Strong JavaScript and CI/CD skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years in IT with 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience in HRSD, ITSM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday (HR integrations preferred).
• Strong JavaScript, REST/SOAP API, and integration development skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred; CIS-HRSD is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow, Workday, and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Build and enhance modules such as HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Integrations.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment support, and ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
