Job summary

Input Zero Technologies in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. The role focuses on ITSM modules, configuration, scripting, workflows and integrations to deliver robust IT service management solutions.

The candidate will develop, configure and support ServiceNow ITSM, work on Flow Designer and REST/SOAP integrations, and collaborate with business users and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and related modules.
• Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer and REST/SOAP integrations.
• CSA certification and ITOM/CMDB exposure are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
• Work extensively on ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog and Knowledge.
• Configure forms, fields, tables, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and UI actions.
• Develop and maintain Flow Designer/workflows and approval processes.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business users and other technical teams; provide production support and meet SLAs.
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing and deployment.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ITSM modules, ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflows and integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, customizing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM solutions based on business requirements.
