• 5+ years of ServiceNow Testing experience required.
• Hands-on testing in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Experience with backend data validation using SQL.
• Experience testing ServiceNow integrations with monitoring/third-party tools.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow tables, CI classes, and relationship models.
