Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to lead enterprise-scale IT operations transformation across PAN India locations. You will design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

Ideal candidates bring 6–12 years of hands-on ITOM experience, strong JavaScript and Glide API skills, and proficiency with REST/SOAP integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and peak performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• REST/SOAP API integrations experience.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Configure and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Develop and customize workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot ITOM issues and optimize performance.
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy via automated discovery and reconciliation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools.
