Job summary

The role requires hands-on scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical design.

Qualifications

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and maintain modules such as ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), CSM, FSM, and HRSD.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain documentation and adherence to development best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development: scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, flow designer.
• Hands-on experience in ITSM, CSM, FSM, and HRSD modules.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
