Capgemini in India is seeking a ServiceNow IRM Developer to drive enterprise-scale governance, risk, and compliance transformations across PAN India. You will design, develop, and implement IRM solutions, oversee end-to-end implementations across Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Audit modules, and provide production support.

Ideal candidates bring 6–12 years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM experience, strong JavaScript and Glide API skills, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations in large-scale

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow IRM module (Policy, Risk, Audit) required.
• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and risk management principles.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and performance analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Lead end-to-end IRM implementations including Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Audit.
• Provide bug fixes, enhancements, and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure standards.
