Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, JDBC, SFTP, and other integration technologies.
• Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, IntegrationHub spokes, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and scheduled jobs.
• Configure and support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
• Implement inbound and outbound integrations using MID Servers and web services.
• Create and maintain custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, security, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
