Job summary

Atidan Technologies seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Lead Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, SPM, Finance, MDM, and custom applications. The role will contribute to platform development, integrations, automation, and governance initiatives.

Candidates with lead-level experience will also provide technical leadership, solution design guidance, code reviews, mentoring, and delivery oversight.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM concepts and ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience developing custom applications and automations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, Service Catalog, SPM, Finance, MDM, and custom applications.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, catalog items, and scoped applications.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external systems.
• Support CMDB, CSDM, platform upgrades, testing, and enhancement initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge assets.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes and support release activities.
• Lead-level candidates will provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, mentor developers, define development standards, and collaborate with Architects and business stakeholders.
