You will work with IntegrationHub to connect REST and SOAP APIs, parse JSON and XML, and script with JavaScript and GlideScript to implement solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of best practices, and exposure to middleware like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency with IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs; JSON and XML handling.
• Pro scripting inside ServiceNow using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; adherence to security and development best practices.
• Familiarity with external middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi is a plus.
• Certifications like CIS or IntegrationHub micro-certifications can be beneficial.
