Job summary

Solarix Technologies is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Engineer in Hyderabad to design and implement inbound/outbound integrations using IntegrationHub spokes and REST/SOAP APIs.

The role requires configuring MID Server, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and implementing OAuth2/JWT authentication with secure API connectivity. You will produce design docs and support production integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience configuring MID Server, secure connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, JavaScript, Glide API and ETL/integration patterns.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0/JWT authentication and API security.
• Experience with Import Sets and Transform Maps for enterprise data integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop inbound/outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Configure and manage Flow Designer, MID Server, Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Implement authentication OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, JWT, API keys and certificates.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Azure, AWS, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Active Directory, JIRA and monitoring/asset platforms.
• Design data mapping/transformation, error handling, retries and monitoring.
• Prepare integration design documents (TDD/SDD), test evidence and support production integrations.
