Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to design, implement, and support ITSM and ITOM solutions in Bengaluru. You will work on complex configurations, Integrations, and platform enhancements with a strong emphasis on best practices and ITIL aligned processes.

The role requires hands-on expertise with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and various integrations, to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
• Hands-on ITOM modules: Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management.
• Strong integrations experience: REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, Azure AD.
• Good ITIL process understanding and ServiceNow best practices.
• Experience with Update Sets, Service Portal, Studio, Source Control; Agile delivery.
• Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS Data Foundations.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and enterprise integrations.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience with Update Sets, Service Portal, Studio, Source Control, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• CIS – Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM).
