Fusion GBS is hiring a ServiceNow Automation/Integration Consultant in Indore, India. This role designs, implements, and maintains scalable ServiceNow automation and integration solutions connecting systems and applications to improve business process efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business processes
• Develop solutions using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Workflow Editor, and Workflow Data Fabric
• Create ServiceNow scripts for complex integrations
• Test and troubleshoot integrations
• Maintain documentation for APIs and workflows
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Identify new automation opportunities
• Support demos and proof of concepts

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience with ServiceNow automation and integration technologies
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scripted REST APIs, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, MID Server, and authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and API keys
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, Flow Designer Micro-Certification, and Integration Hub Micro-Certification are desirable
