Job summary

Coforge is seeking candidates to develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations across ERP, CRM, Identity Management, and licensing systems. You will design workflows using Flow Designer and MID Server, configure data migrations with Transform Maps and Import Sets, and secure APIs with OAuth 2.0 and other methods.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and document integration architectures, ensuring CMDB/CSDM alignment and adherence to security

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow integration development and ITSM/ITOM domains.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer and API integrations using REST/SOAP.
• Understanding of CMDB, CSDM and data migration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Custom Actions, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with ERP, CRM, Identity Management, Licensing Systems, and other third-party applications.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Flow Designer, Subflows, and Data Streams.
• Configure Transform Maps, Import Sets, and Data Sources for data migration and synchronization.
• Develop and manage APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, mTLS, and API Keys.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using ECC Queue, REST Message Logs, MID Server Logs, and System Logs.
• Ensure data quality, CMDB/CSDM alignment, security best practices, and reusable integration architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and maintain integration documentation.
