Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions per requirements.
• Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• Develop and enhance Financial Services Operations (FSO) workflows for banks/FS clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate processes into ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure flows, rules, scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications.
• Develop REST integrations and use Integration Hub; create dashboards and reports.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and release management.

Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM + Financial Services Operations (FSO) Consultant/Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow solutions for Banking and Financial Services organizations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in ITSM processes along with experience in Financial Services Operations workflows, case management, process automation, and regulatory-driven service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• Implement and enhance Financial Services Operations (FSO) solutions for banking and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Create reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Support platform upgrades, testing, deployments, and release management activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation and process documentation.

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
