Job Title: ServiceNow Developer FSM Experience: 6 8+ Years Service Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, integrations, and Field Service Management (FSM).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, and FSM processes.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Configure and develop Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ServiceNow Workflows, Notifications, and ACLs.
• Work with Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources.
• Develop and maintain Custom and Scoped Applications.
• Configure and customize Service Portal and UI Builder.
• Develop Scripted REST APIs and implement server-side and client-side scripting.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow applications and platform performance.

Field Service Management (FSM/FSO)

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions supporting end-to-end field service processes.
• Hands-on experience with Work Orders and Work Order Tasks.
• Configure Field Agents, Dispatching, Scheduling, Assignment, and Service Resources.
• Work with Skills and Qualifications, Locations, and Workforce Management.
• Experience with Mobile Field Service and field technician workflows.
• Configure automation and workflows to improve field service operations and fulfillment.

Integration & API Development

• Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS, Azure, GCP, SAP, Salesforce, or other third-party applications.
• Handle API authentication, data mapping, synchronization, error handling, and integration troubleshooting.
