Job Description

Seeking candidates with 6 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.

Must have experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) module.

Required experience in design and implementation of modules such as:

• Field Service Management (FSM): Workforce and Resource Management, Work Order Management, Appointment Scheduling and Dispatch, Map-Based and Calendar-Based Dispatcher View, Mobile App for FSM Agents, Surveys and Analytics, Asset and Inventory Management, Now Assist for FSM, etc.
• ITSM
• Custom Service Portal

Extensive experience with ServiceNow core platform, including security, performance, and compliance. Experience with third-party integrations via REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and Ebonding. Skilled in scripting using JS, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, AngularJS, Jelly, etc.

Ability to collaborate with teams to understand requirements, conduct workshops, and train end-users. Responsible for system testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in ServiceNow CMDB, Agent Workspace, and Virtual Assistant
• Implementation experience with ITSM module
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
