Job summary

Fujitsu in India is seeking a Senior ServiceNow FSM Developer to join our hybrid, location-flexible team. The role requires 8+ years in ServiceNow development, strong FSM expertise, and hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Service Catalog, mobile app configuration, and workflow customization.

You will design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions in an Agile environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver reliable, efficient customer service management

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and FSM.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs integrations.
• Experience with Service Catalog, mobile app configuration, workflows and platform customization.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
