Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our ServiceNow practice. The role offers hybrid work across multiple locations in India (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune) with a 12PM to 9PM IST shift and relocation support.

You will lead FSM development with 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, drive REST/SOAP integrations, Service Catalog, workflows, and mobile app configuration in Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in FSM (Field Service Management).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs integration.
• Experience with Service Catalog, workflows, and mobile app configuration.
• Experience in designing scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow FSM solutions to meet business needs.
• Implement and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Configure Service Catalog, workflows, and mobile app modules for end-to-end processes.
• Design scalable ServiceNow architectures and drive best practices in FSM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints to deliver value.
