Qualifications

• Seeking a ServiceNow FSM Developer with 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and strong expertise in Field Service Management (FSM).
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), Service Catalog,
• Mobile App configuration, workflows, and platform customisation.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions and working in Agile environments is preferred.
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FSM solutions on ServiceNow.
• Integrate REST and SOAP APIs and configure the Service Catalog.
• Configure mobile apps, define workflows and customize the platform.
• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions and contribute in an Agile environment.
