Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 5–12 years of experience for roles in Mumbai or Chennai. You will support implementation, administration, configuration, and development on the ServiceNow platform, with emphasis on core modules like Change, Incident, Problem, and CMDB.

The ideal candidate should be trained or certified on ServiceNow, possess ITIL foundations, and be proficient in scripting, orchestration, and Agile SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow Platform
• 4-6 Years experience as a core developer
• Should be ServiceNow Trained developer, Should be ServiceNow Trained and/or Certified Implementer
• ServiceNow Scripting and/or Orchestration Trained
• ITILV3.0 Foundations Certified
• Good understanding of Agile Methodology and SDLC
• Service Portal experience would be a plus
