Job summary

gen Z Solutions in Mohali is seeking a ServiceNow Developer ITSM with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join a full-time contract role on-site. You will work with clients to lead ITSM implementations, gather requirements, and perform gap analyses to map delta between ServiceNow and ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• 4+ years developing with the ServiceNow software suite.
• Experience upgrading ServiceNow environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• ITIL v3 Foundation Certification.
