Job summary

gen Z Solutions in Mohali is seeking a ServiceNow Developer CMDB with 4+ years of hands-on experience to lead ITSM implementations and CMDB design. The role requires designing, developing and testing ServiceNow ITSM solutions, configuring MID Servers, and collaborating with IT teams to enable enterprise CMDB data modeling and integrity.

The candidate will work closely with PMs and IT teams to ensure successful deployments, upgrades and reconciliations, while supporting ongoing CMDB/data quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• 4+ years hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM products.
• 4+ years experience developing with ServiceNow software suite.
• Experience in upgrades to ServiceNow.
• ITIL 3V Foundation Certified.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.

Position: ServiceNow Developer CMDB
Experience: 4+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract)
Location: Mohali

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and provide leadership on ITSM best practices
• Gather and understand requirements from clients
• Conduct gap analysis and assessments to identify the delta between ServiceNow and ITSM processes
• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions
• Develop and test all ServiceNow and ITSM Applications Suite Implementations
• Install and Configure ServiceNow infrastructure environment
• Assist in designing, developing and product demonstration of product
• Participate in Project team collaboration sessions with PM, ITTL engineers and administrators
• Provide support for existing production applications and recommend opportunities for enhancements
• Support and enhance ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities, including Discovery and Service Mapping
• Assist with CMDB data modeling, CI classes, relationships, and standards aligned to CSDM
• Troubleshoot discovery issues, identification and reconciliation conflicts, and data quality concerns
• Support service onboarding and ITSM operational use cases (Incident, Problem, Change) using CMDB data
• Configure and support MID Servers and ITOM data sources
• Assist with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
