We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect with 10+ years of ServiceNow experience and 5+ years specializing in ITOM modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB, along with a solid understanding of infrastructure and application dependencies.

• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale ITOM solutions.
• Good understanding of infrastructure, cloud, and application dependencies.
• ServiceNow CIS-ITOM certification preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
