Required Qualifications

Position: ServiceNow (Senior / Lead / Architect)

Year of Experience 5 to 12 years

Key skills - ServiceNow Developer, ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/SAM/GRC, Service Portal, Catalogs.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of the core ITSM applications(Incident, Problem, Change, ServiceRequest) within ServiceNow along with enough understanding of the range of offered applications to speak intelligently to their use.

Experience of implementing Service Mapping, Discovery & Orchestration, Service Portal.

Ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and reuse in mind

Strong knowledge of developing on the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architectures.

Excellent understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized scripting within the tool.

Knowledge of how to assess the performance of a ServiceNow setting, how to diagnose performance problems, and best practices for improving performance.

Knowledge of Inbound/Outbound Email Notification

Knowledge of Import Sets, Update Sets, REST/SOAP integrations (Added Advantage) Experience of implementing the Service Portal on ServiceNow
