Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in India is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions. This hands‑on role requires strong expertise across the platform and the ability to deliver end‑to‑end projects.

You will work with ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules, build workflows, integrate via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub, and collaborate with global teams. Based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, you will contribute to scalable, best‑practice deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of overall working experience or above with solid hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Must have hands‑on experience in at least TWO modules: ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / CSM.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer and workflows.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Participate in end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementation projects from requirements through deployment and post‑production support.

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a growing technology team in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, customization, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This is a hands‑on development position requiring strong technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform.

Candidates must have hands‑on experience in at least TWO of the following ServiceNow modules:

• ITOM – IT Operations Management
• HRSD – HR Service Delivery
• CSM – Customer Service Management

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes, notifications, and other ServiceNow components.
• Participate in end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementation projects, from requirement gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement and enhance ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and technical issue resolution.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development best practices and platform standards.
• Support technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of overall working experience or above, with solid hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Solid experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Must have hands‑on experience in at least TWO modules: ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / CSM.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer and workflows.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
• Experience working across the full development lifecycle.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Candidates should be based in or willing to work from Bangalore or Hyderabad.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with experience building and delivering ServiceNow projects end‑to‑end are highly preferred, particularly those who have been involved from initial requirements and solution design through development, implementation, go‑live, and post‑production support.
• Experience in greenfield ServiceNow implementation or building solutions/modules from scratch would be a strong advantage.
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) would be advantageous.
• Relevant ServiceNow module‑specific certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience working in enterprise‑scale or complex ServiceNow environments would be an advantage.
• Experience working with global stakeholders or distributed development teams is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who are strong hands‑on ServiceNow developers rather than purely functional consultants or project managers.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience, be technically confident and able to independently handle development and customization work, with strong practical experience across at least two of ITOM, ITAM, HRSD and CSM.

• Candidates who have successfully participated in or delivered ServiceNow projects from end‑to‑end — particularly building solutions from the ground up — will be strongly preferred.
