Job summary

Infosys seeks seasoned ServiceNow professionals for enterprise-scale implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, SPM, and ITAM. The team will focus on multi-module ServiceNow deployments and advanced scripting with Glide API.

The ideal candidates have 2-15 years of ServiceNow development experience, strong JavaScript skills, and certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS are preferred. PAN India location with opportunities for varied client engagements.

Qualifications

• 2-15 years of ServiceNow development experience across diverse roles.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Multimodule implementation experience is preferred; CSA, CAD and CIS certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, SPM or ITAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale deployments.
• Stay updated with platform releases and best practices.
