Job summary

TekWissen Group seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant to join our onsite team in Noida, UP. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and a strong grasp of Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and CMDB.

You will build and customize applications, integrate with enterprise systems, and contribute to ITSM, ITOM, and ITIL initiatives. As part of Agile delivery, you will participate in workshops, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Experience in ITOM, CMDB, and ITSM processes.
• Strong knowledge of Glide APIs and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Configure workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items.
• Build and support integrations with enterprise applications.
