Job summary

Purview Services is seeking experts to configure and manage a ServiceNow CMDB aligned to CSDM, with hands-on experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations. You will design CI models, lifecycle states, and reconciliation rules, while ensuring data quality and governance for critical IT services.

Responsibilities include MID Server configuration, data ingestion, and creating dashboards to monitor CMDB health, with a focus on incidents, changes, problems, ITOM, and AIOps.

Qualifications

• Minimum hands-on ServiceNow platform experience in CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Experience implementing CSDM and operational governance in regulated environments.
• Certifications such as CSA/CIS/CSDM desirable but not mandatory.

• Produce technical documentation and support operational handover.
