Rudra Consultancy in India is seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals across HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, ITOM, and Platform Architecture to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience, strong platform expertise, and the ability to integrate with other enterprise systems. Flexible working hours and PAN India locations are offered to help you work across teams and time zones.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Workflows.
• Develop solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal/Employee Center.
• Build and support REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform governance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and platform governance.
