Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Mumbai/Chennai/Noida. The role focuses on configuring and extending ITOM, ITAM, SAM, and HAM modules, with strong emphasis on scripting and integrations.

The candidate will work with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and API-based technology to deliver end-to-end solutions, including UI customization and MID Server configurations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience in ITOM or ITAM SAM/HAM.
• Strong hands-on with scripting, UI policies, and business rules.
• Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM modules and HAM extensions.
• Create and maintain scripts: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.
• Design UI policies, UI actions, and Flow Designer automations.
• Implement data loads with Transform Maps and Data Import Sets.

Service now configuration and development experience of ITOM and ITAM SAM and HAM modules. ServiceNow Studio, Flow designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, Client/Server side scripting, Business rules, UI policies, Script Includes.

Expertise in JavaScript: Both client-side and Server-side scripting within Servicenow Platform

• Servicenow Scripting and Development: Proficient in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, GlideRecord, Workflow Editor and Flow Designer
• Integrations: Strong experience with REST, SOAP web services, MID Server configuration and API based system integration.
• Data Management: Expertise in Data Import Sets, Transform Maps and API based system Integration
• Service Portal & UI: Skilled in AngularJS, HTML, CSS and Service Portal widget customization

At least one end-to-end implementation experience in ITOM or ITAM SAM, HAM.
