Job Description

• Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide software development and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
• Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.

Requirements

• Expert in Service Now administration, configuration, and development (ITSM, CMDB, KB experience required)
• Expert in developing Service Now Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Service Now client and server-side scripting
• Working experience with Service Now modules like PPM, CSM, ITOM is an added advantage
• Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the Service Now integration with 3rd party tools/systems.
• Expertise Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST API's
• Experience with HTML5, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js

Essential Qualification
