Role Overview

This ServiceNow Developer role focuses on core platform development, with a strong emphasis on the Automated Test Framework (ATF).

The team is seeking a mid- to senior-level developer who can work independently within an established ServiceNow and ATF framework, expand automated test coverage, and participate fully in agile ceremonies across a globally distributed team.

Main Need

A ServiceNow developer-first candidate with solid ATF skills—specifically someone who can extend and maintain automated tests while continuing to build and support core ServiceNow functionality, with the intent to convert to full-time employment after the contract period.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions across core ITSM modules
• Write and maintain business rules, client scripts, and related ServiceNow scripting
• Build, extend, and maintain ATF test cases within an existing framework
• Contribute additional ATF test coverage to support ongoing platform maturity
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with global stakeholders
• Support ongoing digital initiatives upon conversion to full-time employment
