Job summary

S2Integrators in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring ITSM alignment with business needs and industry best practices.

You will lead end-to-end ITSM module implementations, integrate systems via REST/SOAP, mentor juniors, and ensure platform stability, upgrades, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks (ITIL preferred).
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and workflow automation.
• Experience working with Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, and CMDB.
• Proven experience in integration development using REST/SOAP, web services, and authentication methods (OAuth, SAML).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform upgrades, performance tuning, and security controls.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required;

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Request, Service Catalog).
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications including forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, ACLs, and integrations.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of new modules and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain MID server integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party system connections.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to governance standards.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert-level support.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
• Manage update sets, migration activities, and platform upgrades.
• Maintain documentation for technical designs, configurations, and processes.
