Key Responsibilities

• CustomApplication Development: Design and develop applications on theServiceNow platform, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and alignedwith architectural best practices
  
• PlatformModernization: Use UI Builder and Workspace configuration to buildintuitive, high-performance user interfaces and agent experiences
  
• Automation& Integration: Implement integrations with third-party systemsusing REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub
  
• WorkflowOrchestration: Build automated processes via Flow Designer and supportrequest fulfillment through the Service Catalog
