Job summary

Agivant Technologies India Private Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant to design, build, and deliver workflow solutions for clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for translating business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow solutions and communicating confidently with stakeholders at every level.

The role requires 6+ years in IT and hands-on ServiceNow expertise, with a strong emphasis on Playbook, Declarative Actions, and Automation Designer.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Playbook, Declarative Actions, and Automation Designer.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflow and automation capabilities.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience — requirements gathering, presentations, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using Playbook, Declarative Actions, and Automation Designer.
• Gather requirements directly from clients, run workshops, and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Configure and build workflows, automations, and integrations aligned to best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting solutions, demos, and recommendations clearly.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and project teams to deliver on time and to spec.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation and ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
