Comptech Associates in Delhi is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. A minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development is required, with experience in ITSM modules and system integrations.

Qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and other functionalities to support business processes and requirements.
• Configuration and Customization: Customize ServiceNow platform components such as forms, fields, tables, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts to enhance user experience and meet specific business needs.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, databases, and external applications using REST, SOAP, or other integration methods.
• Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within the ServiceNow platform and develop solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
• Incident and Problem Management: Collaborate with the IT Service Management (ITSM) team to develop and maintain effective incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow.
• Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within ServiceNow to provide insights and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Testing and Deployment: Perform thorough testing of developed solutions, including unit testing, system testing, and integration testing, and ensure successful deployment to production environments.
