Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements.
• Lead development efforts and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Design and maintain CMDB data model and CI relationships; governance and data quality rules.
• Implement ITOM capabilities including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Operational Intelligence.
• Develop Telecom Service Management workflows and integrate OSS/BSS systems with ServiceNow.
• Create integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub; ensure scalable architecture.
• Translate business requirements into technical design and architecture; participate in upgrades and architecture reviews.

The candidate will play a key role in driving ServiceNow platform development, CMDB maturity, IT Operations automation, and telecom service operations transformation, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

ServiceNow Development

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements.
