GyanSys Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

You will design and develop across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and workflows, build custom apps and integrations, manage APIs, and ensure upgrades and governance with minimal business disruption. Strong hands-on experience and security governance are essential.

Location: The Hub, Electronic City, Bangalore

Work Model: Work from Client Office – Onsite

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, SPM, Project Management, and Workflow Automation.
• Build custom applications, integrations, and automation workflows using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and data imports with enterprise applications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Manage platform upgrades, patches, enhancements, and releases with minimal business disruption.
• Maintain CMDB data quality, integrity, and governance.
• Optimize platform performance, perform root-cause analysis, and proactively resolve technical issues.
• Implement RBAC, ACLs, security rules, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and organizational standards for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, configuration documents, and release notes.
• Support user training, rollout activities, and post-implementation validation.
• Collaborate with vendors, ServiceNow support teams, and implementation partners as required.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and emerging capabilities, recommending relevant platform enhancements and upgrades.
• Ensure all customizations and development follow ServiceNow secure coding practices and global application security standards.
• Monitor platform security and participate in vulnerability assessments, remediation, patching, and mitigation activities.
• Maintain repositories and documentation for configurations, integrations, custom development, and security controls.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations, and administration.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, App Engine, ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, workflows, APIs, ACLs, and security.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
