Job summary

TEKsystems Bengaluru is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to design, build, and maintain ServiceNow modules such as TPRM, PSM, and GRC. You will implement integrations with third‑party systems, automate routines, and ensure alignment with ITIL practices.

You will create flow designs, UI policies, business rules, and dashboards, while documenting specifications and maintaining governance and security standards. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.

• Basic knowledge of Service Portal concepts.
