Job summary

Solarix Technologies is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow CMDB professional to design and maintain CMDB architecture aligned to CSDM in Chennai, India. You will configure Discovery, Service Mapping, and Service Graph connectors and manage IRE, data normalization, and de-duplication.

Responsibilities include establishing governance, health dashboards, KPIs, and leading reconciliation and audits to ensure CMDB completeness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and CSDM.
• Experience with Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CMDB data management.
• Knowledge of data governance, health metrics, and reconciliation methodologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Glide, Import Sets, Transform Maps and MID Server.
• Experience integrating CMDB data across ITSM/ITOM/SecOps.
