Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Administrator to lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, integrity, and compliance across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow expertise, CMDB data management experience, discovery knowledge, and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and service relationships.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering ServiceNow CMDB and related modules.
• Strong data governance and CI relationship management.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and service catalog/discovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management process.
• Manage CI classes, relationships, identification rules, reconciliation rules, and data governance standards.
• Ensure configuration item data complies with organizational CMDB policies and standards.
• Monitor overall CMDB health, completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Support CMDB upgrades, enhancements, and platform releases.
• Configure CMDB-related applications and modules within ServiceNow.
