Role Overview

We are hiring a ServiceNow Automation Architect to lead high-impact platform initiatives and drive enterprise-scale automation. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep ServiceNow expertise with strong architectural thinking to design scalable, maintainable automation solutions.

You will own end-to-end automation, focusing on complex integrations, multi-system orchestration, and evolving the platform toward AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy

• Own automation roadmap and modernize legacy workflows
• Build scalable solutions using Flow Designer & IntegrationHub

Enterprise Integrations

• Design and govern integrations across systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, ERP)
• Define standards for REST, SOAP, APIs, and custom spokes

Automation & DevOps

• Lead ATF adoption and ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines

Experience Design

• Deliver intuitive UI using Workspace, UI Builder, and Service Portal

Leadership & Governance

• Define coding standards, conduct reviews, and mentor developers
• Drive adoption of AI Search, Now Intelligence, and Agentic AI
