Job summary

Palni in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow architect to lead end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, driving customer adoption and business outcomes.

You will own architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and more, guide engineers, and mentor teams while aligning with best practices and platform modernization. This role requires strong ITIL knowledge and hands-on scripting expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Minimum 3 years configuring and developing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and ITIL processes.
• Hands-on scripting and platform development.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• CMDB and CSDM experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and technical design.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and present to stakeholders.
• Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM/GRC.
• Define use of configuration, customization, scoped apps, and custom development.
• Create user stories, test strategies, design documents, hand-over deliverables.
• Identify technical debt and drive platform modernization.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, maintainability, upgrade readiness.
• Guide Technical Leads and Developers through implementation.
• Mentor development teams and establish technical best practices.

About the Role

The role leads the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to accelerate customer adoption and drive business outcomes. The role partners with customers to address key challenges, design and configure best-practice solutions, and drive delivery excellence. The ideal candidate is experienced in Core Business Workflows domains (e.g. HRSD, WSD, LSD and/or FSC) and leads both design and build across diverse stakeholders including customers, partners and junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring and developing ServiceNow solutions within related service domains
• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise implementations.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and platform development.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Experience with CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

• Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist / Generative AI.
• Experience with Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence.
