Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead the vision and architecture of the ServiceNow platform for scalable and secure solutions.
• Define platform architecture, governance, and technical roadmaps.
• Design integrations, data models, ACLs, and RBAC structures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare HLD, LLD, and solution design documents.
• Lead technical delivery teams and enforce development standards.
• Manage platform performance, upgrades, and compliance.

Skills

Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)

Strong scripting, integration, and architectural pattern knowledge

Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation projects

Education

CSA & CIS certifications required preference

CAD & CTA – Advantage

ITIL Certification – Preferred
