Kyndryl India is seeking a ServiceNow Architect who will design, govern, and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients. This role requires over 15 years of experience with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, and other key modules. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure platform performance, and mentor others. Position

ServiceNow Architect – design, govern and implement ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution & Platform Design – design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements, define platform architecture, data models and integrations, and ensure scalability, security and performance best practices.
• Technical Leadership – provide direction to developers and implementation teams, review design documents, guide customizations, and enforce platform standards.
• Governance & Best Practices – establish design patterns, coding guidelines, and maintain adherence to ServiceNow out‑of‑the‑box capabilities, control technical debt and guide the roadmap.
• Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement – collaborate with business stakeholders, translate requirements into solutions, and participate in workshops and design sessions.
• Integration & Data Management – design and oversee integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs), maintain CMDB health, data integrity, identity, access and security models.
• Platform Modules Expertise – architect across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Event Management), ITAM/SAM/HAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps modules, recommend appropriate features.
• Performance, Security & Compliance – ensure optimal performance, define security roles, ACLs and compliance controls, support audits.
• Upgrade & Release Management – plan and oversee upgrades, manage impact analysis, regression testing, release planning and deployment.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer – create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and mentor developers and admins.
• Continuous Improvement – stay current on releases and features, recommend enhancements aligned with business strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience designing solutions across ServiceNow modules.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Event Management), ITAM/SAM/HAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps.
• Strong governance focus, minimizing customizations and encouraging out‑of‑the‑box usage.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server and third‑party integration tools.
• Proven track record of ensuring platform performance and scalability, defining security architecture, and supporting compliance and audit.
• Lead upgrades, regression testing, release management, and roadmap planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop others.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field; Master Certified Technical Specialist preferred.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Experience in application development, data platform, security, integration, data engineering, server systems, packaged application implementation, business analysis, network or storage systems.
