• 10+ years of IT experience with ServiceNow platform.

• Experience building user interfaces with UI Builder and ServiceNow Experience framework.
• Delivering solutions within CSM and guiding development teams.

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow Expert Platform.
• Architect and deliver solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to support enterprise service management initiatives.
• Design scalable ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Provide technical leadership for custom development on the ServiceNow platform including Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and custom applications.
• Design modern and intuitive user experiences using UI Builder and the ServiceNow Experience framework.
• Lead implementations of Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities to enhance customer support workflows.
• Define platform architecture standards, governance models, and best practices for ServiceNow development and integrations.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform best practices.
