Job summary

Techdome Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise deployments, ensuring scalable, best‑in‑class solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. You will own architecture, drive workshops, and govern integrations with REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.

You will guide developers, shape pre‑sales efforts, and oversee CMDB design, Discovery, and Service Mapping while coordinating upgrades and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture focus.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and exposure to ITOM/HRSD/CSM.
• Hands-on with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
• Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into platform designs.
• Define coding standards, governance, and instance strategy best practices.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Oversee CMDB design, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Guide developers and support estimation and pre-sales activities.
• Plan platform upgrades and perform health checks.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalable, best-practice solutions across modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the technical architecture and solution design for ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
• Design solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC/IRM and SPM as required.
• Lead requirement workshops with clients and convert business needs into platform designs.
• Define coding standards, governance, instance strategy and best practices.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and third-party tools.
• Oversee CMDB design, Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Guide and review the work of developers; support estimation and pre-sales activities.
• Plan platform upgrades, performance tuning and instance health checks.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 years as a technical or solution architect.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM and at least one other module (ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
• Hands-on with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal and Workspace.
• Strong understanding of CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow CTA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM) and CSA certifications.
• Experience with Now Assist / Generative AI features and App Engine.
• Exposure to ITIL v4 processes and agile delivery.
