Responsibilities include owning end-to-end architecture, enabling integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub, and guiding teams to align with CSDM and ITIL frameworks for scalable, secure

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with extensive ServiceNow expertise.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Lead.
• Strong expertise in ITOM, CMDB, CSM and ITAM.
• Deep understanding of CSDM and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server and scripting in JavaScript.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITOM, CMDB, CSM, and ITAM (SAM & HAM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining platform architecture, driving large-scale implementations, and ensuring best practices, scalability, and governance across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and roadmap
• Design scalable solutions across:
• ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• CMDB (data model, governance, CSDM framework)
• CSM (Customer Service Management)
• ITAM (Software Asset Management & Hardware Asset Management)
• Lead enterprise-wide implementations and platform transformations
• Establish CMDB strategy, data governance, and health metrics
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance models
• Guide teams on ServiceNow data model, security, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders, enterprise architects, and leadership teams
• Lead design workshops, solutioning sessions, and architecture reviews
• Oversee platform upgrades, releases, and risk mitigation strategies
• Mentor developers, BAs, and administrators
• Ensure alignment with frameworks like CSDM, ITIL, and enterprise architecture standards
• Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and drive adoption

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with extensive ServiceNow expertise
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Lead
• Strong expertise in:
• ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• CMDB architecture and governance
• CSM implementations
• ITAM (SAM Pro & HAM)
• Deep understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Strong experience in integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Experience with Flow Designer and automation frameworks
• Strong knowledge of platform performance, scalability, and security
• Experience in large enterprise implementations and multi-instance environments
