Job summary

Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. is seeking a senior ServiceNow Developer to design, implement and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will drive development across ITSM, HRSD, CSM and custom apps, translate business needs into scalable architectures, and mentor junior developers while shaping platform governance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations via REST/SOAP, ensure best practices, security and stability, and contribute to enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Development & Administration.
• Experience with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change.
• Experience with Service Catalog & Workflows.
• Integration Hub / APIs experience.
• Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide APIs.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping.
• Flow Designer / Automation experience.
• REST and SOAP integrations experience.
• Agile/Scrum environment experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

The Role :

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with enterprise standards
